To my valued patients,
After more than four decades of practicing ophthalmology, I am writing to share I will be retiring from practice effective December 11, 2025. It has truly been an honor to care for you and your family over the years, and I am deeply grateful for the trust you have placed in me.
As I look forward to this next chapter, please know that I will greatly miss the relationships built through my work. It has been one of the greatest privileges of my career to be part of your journey toward better vision and eye health.
You will continue to be in excellent hands with the dedicated doctors and staff at Midwest Eye Center. I have complete confidence in my colleagues and our skilled eye doctors, who are prepared to provide you with the same high standard of care you’ve come to expect.
Your medical records will remain securely on file at Midwest Eye Center. If you wish to transfer them to another provider, our front desk staff can assist you with a formal records request form.
