I just want to express just how wonderful my experience was at Midwest Eye Center. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the staff. The Doctor (Dr. Jaweed) examined my eyes and informed me on my options which helped me tremendously. He explained how long after the procedure/what to expect with the healing process afterwards and the changes in my vision. Well, I have no need for glasses after 44 years. I just want people to know just how amazing it is to have freedom from glasses. I have no more glare issues and I recommend that if you do have cataracts, do not hesitate to call Midwest Eye Center. Let me also include the admitting nurses and how they explained every step and just how professional and at ease they made me feel. Thank you for your care and the gift of good vision.

Have been going to Dr Thon for about a decade. He is very thorough in his exams and explains the details of all procedures and findings. Some medicines I take have the propensity to cause eye issues so Dr Thon ensures those issues are addressed. I highly recommend him!

Was referred here for an emergency visit for a retinal detachment. They were able to see me right away and scheduled me an appointment for surgery the very next morning. I saw Dr. Matt and he was very nice and very knowledgeable about my condition. The staff was also very friendly and were able to answer any questions I had. In my time of distress, they all made me feel at ease and I’m very thankful for that!
